Are Americans total idiots? (Rhetorical question. We know the answer.) They think the Republicans will do anything except line their own pockets? Have they not been paying attention? Do they think allowing only two entrenched political parties can solve real problems? This sure looks like the kind of strain that said goodbye to the Roman republic and hello to one man rule.
