thanks LTBH -- I did see your recommend on the -02- source in your previous posts -- right now i use the adage of if not totally broke, dont try to fix. But I will definitely heed your insight for possible solution. Yeah, my last round was end of October 2010 when I had success with guy (or someone) named Harrison. Interestingly, he used the UK style ending salutation "Cheers", but of course, that is used so often that is hard to tell anymore. But he was very responsive. I addressed to him this time, also along with "or other Staff person" at Technical Support. Still no response from anyone on-website or via email (maybe they were all watching the royal wedding or something). And no, I did not use "ask Ted". Uhh, I think you are probably right that it is all connected to the quote server source. As of today (04/29/2011) on the TD-A website there were even gaps in providing quotes on the actual bottom-of-page trading menu in the Snap Ticket field. Maybe they are trying to cut costs by limiting allocation of quote servers. Thanks again for taking time to respond and will let you know if i differ from your analysis. All the Best to you.
