Exor Data Inc EDI Shares issued 13164571 1997-10-31 close $0.13 Friday Oct 31 1997 Ms Jacqueline Michael reports The Conac acquisition agreement was approved by the shareholders of the company at the extraordinary general meeting held on October 31 1997. Therefore, the remaining 500 common shares of The Conac Group have now been fully acquired by the company. The two shareholders of The Conac Group (Jacqueline Michael and Howard Addison) will receive 1,500,000 post-consolidated performance shares each as per the amended share purchase agreement.
