WILC came in with a solid q earnings report and the stock price hasn't budged. The cash per share is now at about $4 and they have quietly initiated two new product launches that will add to the bottom line in the
next quaterly report ( a deal with Del Monte and another with an Italian ice cream co.). The cash makes WILC a takeover candidate but based on the conference call its more likely that WILC be buying back their shares, initiating a dividend or acquire another company in the near future. Meanwhile the shekel keeps gaining against the dollar and the potential for another round on Fed easing is growing.

WILC's small float makes it attractive
for me to hold and wait for news to develop. The acquisition angle is now six months old and hasn't come around but while waiting the underlying fundamentals have become stronger.
