I have been selling utilities also. Was 16% of portfolio on 12/31, now 10%. DLR - dividend yield is not my main focus here, even though 4.6% isn't bad. the lower the dividend, the more $ avail for expansion and growth. Pricing power? Look at their website -- they say that many leases are below mkt, and upon renewal will increase. For competition, good info in DFT presentation page 14 - Raymond James 3/8/11: snl.com
