I would like to think this will happen, Ray - but my gut tells me we have one more
down-wave to go. The rally up to DownTrend will stall and then fail, devaluing most
techs down a further -20%. The economic rationale for this will probably be either -
the Japanese crisis or, recognition that "benign inflation" is, in fact, deflation.


Steve: Wow 20% more down on techs : thats about $62-$63 Intel from it's current $78 and Sun Micro at $26. If, you are right there is going to be alot of margin calls.

You don't think that sentiment has changed then? You still think there is more fear present? We will see.
