Dear FarSight Pilot Program Customer,

Thank you for taking part in the FarSight Pilot Program and for helping
us realize our vision of integrated online personal finance. Your
feedback has been invaluable.

We want to take this opportunity to answer the questions many of our
Pilot customers have had about new features, the status of the Pilot
Program, and our future pricing plans.

Our three most requested features are news, real-time quotes, and
options trading. News will be introduced within the next week or so.
We expect to offer real-time quotes by the end of this year, and options
trading in 1998.

We are pleased to announce that FarSight is now making its services
available to the general public through strategic alliances with a
select group of financial institutions. For each of these alliances,
FarSight creates and maintains a customized Web presence that unites the
allied firm's existing offerings with FarSight's own services.

In addition, FarSight will be maintaining its Pilot Program. You will
continue to have the opportunity to try out new features and help us
shape FarSight's service, all the while enjoying top-quality customer
service and low commission rates. Our Pilot Program is our most valuable
resource, and we look forward to continuing to provide exemplary service
to our loyal customers.

The Pilot Program will be implementing a new commission and fee schedule
effective January 12, 1998, as detailed below. This information is also
available online on the Fee Schedule page in the Basics menu. As
previously indicated, FarSight is not adopting a "deep discount"
position. The new commission and fee schedule is, however, highly
competitive with the market.

As always, if you have any questions, please contact Customer Service at
800-830-7483 or service@farsight.com.

Once again, we'd like to thank you for helping to develop FarSight and
for helping us become the premier integrated online financial service.

Sincerely,

Stephan Summa
Executive Vice President and General Manager
FarSight Financial Services, L.P.

It is too bad, I had changed to Farsight almost exclusively.
Don't use my Paine Webber account anymore.
Had my direct deposit going to Farsight.
Closed my Bank of America accounts.
This is a real bummer.

Those who haven't need to email them back and tell them we're all leaving if they change it, in my opinion. That's what I will do as sad as it is because their service is good and what they offer is good; correction, was good. Now they are becoming just like all the rest of the scumbags.

Does Datek or any of the other $10-18 a trade companies let you do penny stock? Do any of them use decimels instead of fractions?

Until CSCA, MIDL, EUTO move, or I catch a good momentum, I don't have to worry about 10,000 trades. LOL. I'll be checking out brokers today too. BUT, I learned, I won't do a transfer. I lost 10 days going from DLJ to Farsight (during the market meltdown too) so I was out of pocket from trading. I'll just leave my current holdings (long term ones, in Farsight.

PORTION FROM THE EMAIL I SENT TO feedback@farsight.com DUE TO THEIR NEW PRICING ANNOUNCEMENT:

Now, as I mostly do large quantities of penny stocks, I will be forced
to leave Farsight when the new pricing goes into effect. It is a shame, because your service is good and I have been very happy till this point. I also do trades for a friend of mine on his account as he does not have a computer. He will be leaving also if the new pricing policy stands. I realize these two accounts will not make or break Farsight but I also know from following stock discussion boards that several others will leave also if the new pricing also takes effect. Just wanted to put in our vote(s) against it, not that it will change but maybe if you here from enough of us it might.

I ENCOURAGE ALL OF YOU WHO ARE UNHAPPY WITH THE FARSIGHT CHANGES TO SEND A SIMILAR EMAIL WITH YOUR OWN SPECIFICS; THERE IS TIME FOR ENOUGH OF US TO MAYBE CHANGE THEIR MINDS.

>.01 per share over 5000 will kill you in the OTC market.

GARY...

The NDB web page states that they also charge .01 per share over 5000
