MOND THIRD QUARTER RESULTS(three months ended Sept 30/97 compared with same period 96) * Revenues $24Million compared to $17.4
* Net loss $2.1 compared to net loss of $227,577
* Net loss per share $0.07 compared to net loss of $0.01

Nine months ended Sept30/97 compared with nine months ended Sept 30/96
* Revenues $60.6 million compared to $57.3 million
* Net loss $3.8 million compared to $270,315
* Net loss per share $0.12 compared to net earnings of $0.01

HIGHLIGHTS - The move is complete and the company can concentrate on building, selling, and repairing trailers.
- $24.0 million was a record high for MOND.
- New Chief Operating Officer WILLIAM SURPHLIS now responsible for overall plant production with special emphasis on plant-floor activity and just in time inventory system.

As a long term shareholder I believe we will see a small profit per share in the 4th quarter and I would be disappointed with anything less than $0.10 for '98 (twice that amount would be nice)
