China has been outplaying us for a long time. They have been smarter than we and have used our coporations as their pawns to win the game. But I blame no one, as corporations have no conscience, nor should we expect one, and certainly I don't blame Obama. He has smart people around him but was handed oinly a small stack of chips as the previous administration lost most of them. They got beat at every Friday night's poker game. We cannot expect corporation to look out for us, only their bottom line. Only our government can do that.
