I do agree with popular assessment of bush and I was of the same assessment before it became the popular standard. I have been negative on Buffett on these SI threads since 2001. I am and have been negative on Obama since when I first listened to him. I am consistent and believe in equal opportunities. The system throws up the wastrels, not out but in position to do harm. The system is consistent. Reagan knew enough to get out of the way and stay out of the way, except when leadership was called for, for example when the air traffic controllers were fired.
