It will not make any real difference. The "struggle" will continue. Al Qaeda seems to be more like a movement than an organization. It is a Hydra with many heads. Obama will claim a victory that isn't.

Edit -- well maybe I should say more of a victory than it is... :)

Obama's statement is late, if he doesn't get out there soon it will be Monday morning before he come out. FOX is reporting that the president statement is now 55 minutes late.
