re MLPs, I agree it bears watching. The link below is comment by Credit Suisse indicating the chances of change are small, in their opinion. I might consider lightening up MLPs held in my IRAs if the drumbeat gets louder (and if it isn't too late by then). On the other hand, as an income, as opposed to capital gains, investor, I'm more focused on whether distributions are sustainable as opposed to stock price gyrations.

Market seems to be pricing that in beginning today. I will wait and see how this plays out. Jumped too early to get off the EXC train, and I don't want to do that again based up a proposal.
