You don't get kids a good education without supporting the home environment.. and educating the parent... Sure as hell not looking for a residential school scenario... that dog don't hunt... I agree on the underclass and your point is well taken with that old Hollies tune.. but you want folks to aspire to leave the underclass... otherwise it grows and how can you save the kids.. I think the system is rigged to grow the underclass.. not help folks... If you don't save the kids ... the underclass grows... I feed them. TBS
