Little extra thought, the SEALs might have been in the area This particular SEAL unit does not ride around on ships all day. Look at it this way- The Chairman Joint Chiefs of Staff is a 4 star Admiral. The Commander of US Special Operations Command is a 4 star Admiral and SEAL. The Commander of JSOC is a 3 star Admiral and SEAL. The US Army part of JSOC got Saddam Hussein. The army was not going to get this OP. I'm surprised the new US Army Chief of Staff is not a sailor.
