Nice. I hadn't thought about this debacle in a long time and all of a sudden I wondered if that lying piece of crap had gone to jail yet. I wonder if Brian Marshall, Frank Fraudella or any of the others will ever get prosecuted.

How have you been doing since this thing imploded?

Can't say it is surprising that he was addicted to anti-anxiety drug Xanax considering the shenanigans he was pulling. I'd be pretty anxious myself if I was bilking others of millions while investing millions in high risk stocks.

Still waiting for Fraudella to get his due. Looks like it will be a long wait.
