If he had not "resisted arrest"....he most likely have been "shot while escaping"......there was NO WAY they were going to bring him back alive.....too many complications.....look at how ted's hero botched Gitmo, etc....

First, they said he had an AK47 .... then they said he was unarmed when shot. Maybe his fists were balled up.

Thank God, he wasn't waterboarded.
