a burial that basically provided honors to Obama that were obviously undeserved

It hardly provided honors to Obama. You probably meant Osama. But still there were no honors. It was a dead body that was thrown overboard from an aircraft carrier into the Arabian Sea to be eaten by the sharks. So some guy who's a Muslim recited the words that are said at every Muslim burial. Who cares. It means nothing.

We are a civilized society. We don't drag the bodies of our enemies through the dirt. We don't hang them from bridges and burn them. We don't decapitate them and put the heads on the end of a stick.

to be honest, I doubt that he was given more than a cursory wipedown with some wet wipes. Let's be serious here, the gap between reality and what we are told can be pretty wide. OBL wasn't given the muslim cleansing for his benefit, it was to show that we will respect those of other faiths. It was done for the living, not the dead.

And I don't see it as "honoring".

What would you have done differently?
