ram,
What i like right now,is the 30m and 4 dollars per share stock deals, Par made in the past, and are now buying it back for 1/2 less the 30m.

I know this stock deal is a grand slam for making money, if nothing else Par can trade stock with the best of the pros.

Another thing: in the past Osicom products have not had the best timing in the market, but its anybodys guess as to the timing for the Gigamux, if the timing is right, this one product can produce enough income for so long, this stock could split twice 2 for 1 and still hold a non-split adjusted value of 30 dollars per share.

My vote is, which recent anouncements dictate this is possible, dump the highly competitive, lower margin product lines, dump the excess expenses with these lines, and emerge with, one of the strongest lower overhead R&D departments going, and use the higher margin newer products to produce the profits that are required to be a well respected market leader.

Now we as shareholders need to quit pissing around, and give these people room to brethe comfortably, technology and markets for technology change daily, looks like Osicom is keeping up but not moving ahead, probably because we shareholders are pissing around and whining too much.

Right now, I blame most of Osicoms problems on the shareholders, but the SILVER LINING to this dark cloud, Osicom is coming in to steal the company back for itself.

Way to go Par, take their voices (stock) away and they will not haunt us any more.

>>people are talking about book value 2.5 to 3 dollars<<

I do not care about this, all i care about is selling good products for a fair price, that is how every honest person makes money, so lets get our noses to the grinder and do it.
