OT: Bob I will agree a lot of semiconductor and semi equipment stocks are at low valuation versus the overall market. They are even cheap versus the last 12 to 13 years. Unfortunately that is not a great basis to value stocks as a retail investor.

Instead of a company buyout ask yourself where the insider buying is if these stocks are so cheap?

Nothing but sellers at both VSEA and AMAT.

Don't get me wrong I wish I had bought a boatload of VSEA before the AMAT buyout offer but if I owned some I would be selling it today.
