Unlike Birthers, or the Birther curious, they are considered to be fringe conspiracy theorists. For example, there has been no major Democrats, or Republicans for that matter because Truthers tend to be anti-government types in general unlike Birthers, that give any credence to them. In fact, they tend to be universally reviled. Unlike, again, Birthers. Which are a lot more mainstream.
