This is the last efforts to defend US Dollar from falling over cliff. The Fed knows that the last support line of the Broad US Dollar Index has fallen. There is no bottom support underneath it.

POG just had a paper cut and is on sale to the physical buyers. Just wait and watch another purchase announcement by another central bank.
