Current market systemics are based on Terminal logics. System has to win by hook or crook, investors holdings are targeted using a variety of tools. None of which have any degrees of freedom. the goals are always the same, to cheat someone outside the system, out of something of value so insiders within the system, can collect whatever it is that has been targeted. The disconnect of Supply and demand is the most important aspect of derivatives. Derivatives are the tools which suspend owners role in price discovery and turn the price setting mechanism over to systemic malfeasance, organized hierarchaly. Terminal logics are those logics that always describe systemic malfeasance. When no degrees of price freedom are operational, your investments are consigned to others for adjudication. Owners of property are circumvented to enable the churn of your property. There is no integrity in this evolved system. When Unlimited printing of shares is observed as normal, no price is anything but an artifact. hedge funds have placed 400 million barrels of oil on ships as storage platforms, with the intent of delivering supply into an escalating price, the oil market is perhaps the most contrived market of all, all enabled by the fake concept of peak oil. Oiligarchic malfeasance is codified by the actual supply data. There are virtually no pundits reporting a truthtfull accounting of production accumulations, instead we are treated to disparate facts that have accompanying disclaimers attached. All to prevent hierarchal elements from facing the truth about the true supply of oil available in the market.. Supply of oil is plentiful, supply of stock in the market, is not. Investors are best served by retracing thier steps, to arrive again at the starting line where Supply and demand are functioning according to facts and not contrived derivative accounting. Derivatives are only proxies for your scarce holdings. Your holdings as investments were guaranteed by the legal process of going public. Your primary awareness must not retire away from understanding these truths, otherwise your simply slotted into one of the two lines Dumb or Dumber....each line consigned by limitations imposed by systemic terminal logics, where you are always the target.
