You are right about you analogy. And you are right about how these kinds of issues are handled.

And the Erkhin transaction is not questioned (even though the company admits the valuation wasn't close) because it appears as though the principal is now an officer.

All the other transactions have questionable arm's length qualities. But not this one.........interesting.
