The number comes from the boat transactions, if totally counted. The number appears to be fairly inconsequential (adjusting for reverse splits) since Riley is talking about a million shares here. But you are right about the 400,000. It is a worthless piece of paper to CEA right now. The one thing I do not know is if there is litigation surrounding this. Where is the steamer? It would appear Olympus acquired this asset, and is now abandoning it. Why? It's worth some money. Or is something else going on here?
