And, would Mr. Obama use the same cool techniques on Americans? Quite frankly, Kenneth I don't think he is cool and tough at all. What I do think is that he is an opportunist and takes advantage of a scenario politically. I am so greatful that we have a national defense system in place in which it doesn't matter that he is the titular POTUS. The one great fear with Obama is that he would turn that 'cool and tough' demeanor against Americans. Of course there is always Congress to take away the Executive Pen when necessary-----that gives some comfort.
