All,
Through a local brokerage firm I've heard rumors of a buyout by
MSFT. The broker believes this could drive the stock to $20/share
but I disagree. Current price to book is about 7. At
a buyout of 10 times book, very high in my opinion, it's still no more
than a 13 dollar stock. At 5 times book, a reasonable number, oops,
the stock goes down.
