We also need to know whether the premium is really a 125% premium of todays market value. I hope it will, but really doubt it. Details will tell.

I'm not sure we'll ever find out the 'who'. It's not standard practice to
tell which instutions are taking part in a financing. I *think, but am not sure, the usual holding period is 45 days. Expiration is a very good question. There will be documents filed with SEC which lay out the terms, so eventually we'll find out. I' think there are others who know more about them than I do, perhaps they'll offer some insight.
