Yeah, Jays are battling, but their Achilles heel is their offence for sure. Just too many holes in the lineup to push in the runs, although Lind, recently, has most pleasantly surprised.

Two guys, Hill and Snider, that needed to come up big for the Jays to have any hopes at competing this year got off to abysmally slow starts, so much so, that Snider has been sent back to the minors, while Hill sliding head first into second, has mercifully been placed on the DL.

Bautista, so far this year, looks like the "real deal". Jay need him back in the lineup real soon to add some much needed firepower to their anaemic offence.

With a more consistent offence, Jays could be 5 to 10 games above .500 as their starting pitching and bullpen have performed fairly well.
