But what they delayed in 2008-2009 by backing stopping most of the bad debt was placing a foundation under this house of cards. Prior to this the foundation was extremely weak. Now they have time to let the markets work out their differences without further worrying about the underling debt instruments collasping the markets from within like Cancer. The question we now face is this still business as usual or have we awoken enough to trim our budgets and balance our accountings?
