I went to a favorite restaurant for dinner last night. While eating, a boisterous type came in and was seated and I could hear him ask the waitress if they made cocktails. She said yes...so he loudly asked for a "Bin Laden" The waitress looked quizzical, and took his order anyway. Soon the bartender shouted across the room that he didn't know what a "Bin Laden" was. So the guy stood up and said...two shots of lead and a splash of water. I think maybe it was a set up...but he got a restaurant full of applause out of it.
