Post merger shares would be 9,755,831, according to the company press release. This only takes into account $5,000,000. If the merger is in fact for $10,000,000........

What I'm saying is there appears to be no rush to cover shorts, as Riley suggests. You have to ask yourself why the stock is not rocketing. The answer must lie in the fact that there are more shares coming into the float than you all can get into certificat form, and perhaps faster than you can get them in certificate form.

Koko, Nelson, and H&D could account for 529,000 and change alone, at today's prices and could be as high as 866,000 and change. These guys are not going to sit on that stock. They'll sell it as soon as they get it IMHO.

If the observable phenomena do not match the theory, the first thing to do is to see if the theory is correct. Riley's numbers come from God knows where. He won't tell you where he gets them, but says he is trustworthy. I have nothing against Riley.......just his numbers.
