Without an installation CD, I don't know how you can reinstall Excel. You might want to try the Detect and Repair option on the Help menu, but that might require a CD. Or you can call Microsoft and order a replacement CD although I don't know if this is possible since I believe that they dropped support of Office 2003.

Or, you can use Open Office which is free and supports almost all Microsoft Excel features.

If you have the 25 digit code for activation you could download the Office version you have from many p2p sites. When prompted during the install you put in your serial number and you would be good to go. If you aren't familiar with torrent sites I can burn a copy of mine but I have no way of uploading an ISO that large where you could download it.
