"Do you believe that he is lobbying for his next job- the President of the United Nations?" Something like that, but only if he can substantially increase the power and status of the office. Ask the American soldier who is being court martialed for refusing to wear a U.N. uniform and serve under a foreign commander. The word is Clinton has sanctioned the prosecution. His whole life is built around making proclamations, micro-managing and photo ops - I don't think building housing for the poor is going to quite satisfy him. :>]
