I'm surprised Osama did not get a villa here. He could have owned a couple of horses and spent his retirement pool side.

"Horse, you are truly a creature without equal, for you fly without wings and conquer without sword." The Koran

Construction of a new equestrian-themed residential community is set to begin in the emirate of Ajman next month.

The $720 million 200-acre 'Escape' development will be located off Emirates Road, on the Ajman-Sharjah border and will offer villas, low-rise apartments, a 150-room hotel and a full range of equestrian and sports facilities, Gulfnews reports.

Anwar Sher, general manager of Escape, told the paper: "Escape will offer a new and healthier kind of lifestyle. The community has been designed to provide residents with an abundance of nature, peaceful views and privacy not seen in other developments."

The hotel will be the first equestrian-themed hotel in the world and according to Eileen Verdieck, partner of Escape, it will "change the way people are introduced to horses".
