Go to your Jing history and play it from there.

Are you sure you set up the mic properly in Jing?

Also try creating a new short video and after you create it, don't upload it, play it to see if you can hear audio, if not you have not configured the mic in Jing.

I have had Jing on 5 computers, never a problem with sound. Must be a mic config.
