Back up to 2 bid, a teeny offered. This is doing great in a down market today. Noticed yahoo's detailed quotes are showing average daily volume at 45 total shares daily ( we've come a long way) and total market cap at 3.5 million, undervalued and inaccurate. The yahoo figure for the latter is not taking into account total number of shares fully diluted by outstanding warrants, disseminated in the current 10Q. Total market cap. including outstanding warrants approaches $5 M.

Among items discussed in the proxy material for approval at the annual sharehoders' meeting, is the Hadron 1997 Employee Stock Purchase Plan. If adopted, the Plan will reserve 250,000
shares for employees' investment accounts. The shares, at Hadron's discretion, may be purchased from the
company or purchased on the open market.
I think this Plan will be another positive step in Hadron's restructuring.
The Plan is intended to provide incentives for Hadron's success, as well as to secure and retain new employees.
