Betty, Capital expenditures by definition are "capitalized", not expensed. So, if capital expenditures go down, that's not going to have much if any impact upon earnings in the 4th quarter. It will help cash flow, but unless something changes it looks like revenue and earnings in the 4th quarter aren't going to be great. But things could change. If they were to sell CATS before the end of the year they could probably exclude any 4th quarter CATS losses from earnings by calling CATS a discontinued operation. And, who knows, they could get some unexpected orders. I'm in for the long term, but if I held the warrants I would be nervous after reading the 10-Q. - Dave
