There has to be a special month for the Confederacy in VA? Its not taught in American history in VA schools?

And btw McDonnell made no mention of slavery in his proclamation until their was an outcry in the state.

Is it your understanding that the Confederacy == Slavery and that freeing the slaves is the opposite of the Confederacy?

I presume its taught in American history and particularly during Confederate History Month. Since they're not teaching slavery was a good thing, but the opposite, why should you have a beef with it?
