All it took was a visit to the Soviet Union in 1984 to see that the system was very badly broken and failing rapidly, very, very rapidly! And Reagan's speech had nothing to do with it. You can give Reagan "credit" for setting back for over 30 years an alternate energy policy for our country which today makes us more and more vulnerable to the crazies in the Middle East and putting us on a disastrous path to our financial pit with his voodoo economics. Oh yeah...name another airport after him and name one of the restrooms in it after GW Bush.
