I think it was posted at 7.25%, an astonishingly low interest rate for a company of this credit quality. I'd be willing to bet that a loan like this (if it exists at all) includes sweeteners of more shares, which of course you will all have to buy as well, just to keep the "squeeze" going.

As a block of holders, you should demand representation on the board.
