'And again, I remind you that if the company burns their cash on this transaction, there won't be cash for the promises made regarding upgrading plant and equipment.'

Expain to me how come the company is going to get $10,000,000. $5 million are in Rule 144 RMIL shares, and the other $5 million is a loan.

In the merger announcment they only needed $5 million dollars to do their expansion. The way I see it, is that the loan can cover any outstanding guarantees (in terms of value of shares previously issued) plus allow them to expand. Besides if the short squeeze takes into effect right before the deadline of mininum share value, no shares would need to be issued or any cash.

I believe the last numbers in the Palco deal was about $1.5 million.

The way I see it they still have the $5 million that they need to do the expansion and then some.
