Where's the data to support that speed statement?

These "journalists" are making news based on their perception. Intel has stated that 25% of their CPU shipments in Q3 were Pentium II - was that reported in this article?

I have friends and contacts with three major Wall Street Brokerage houses. Since June of this year, all brokers with these corporations (ALL - ALL ACROSS THE U.S.) have had their personal computers replaced by new Pentium Pro or Pentium II- based PCs. These were part of corporate wide upgrading policies - was there any mention of this in that article?
