Cloud seeding is a weather related activity and the conditions had to be right, i.e. cloudy. I hope the enviro-left is not smug and conceited enough to imagine they could control the climate. That will invariably lead to invasive attempts to reverse alleged AGW in favour of mile thick sheets of ice. All for the balance of nature that was invented by the Greeks. One can't blame the old Greeks they simply did not have the tools or the time to observe nature over millions of years. They would have eventually figured it out. What the enviro-types really want is a pay cheque, subsidy, grant, education allowance and retirement benefits at taxpayer expense.
