ERICY is about 41 or so today. Your logic would indicate that it will not be significantly higher a year from now. Forutnately, this is a testable hypothesis. We will, indeed, see whether or not you are correct about the future weakness of ERICY. I happen to think you are mistaken, but there are certainly those who agree with you.

Also, I have trouble following your argument about the advantage of 200-300 dollar phones. What happened to the concept of price elasticity or is it simply not applicable to this particular situation? Are those phone good enough to justify that price differential? Not from what I have heard.

My guess (and hope is) that ERICY will be significantly higher a year from now. If we are all still on the SI thread, we can check it out. That way, if one of us is wrong...and one of us WILL be wrong...we can solicit recommendations of what dishes go well with crow.
