Dan, you are 100 % right! they "replenished" the current lliability because they still plan to expense 15/4 in each of the following four quarters by moving $3.75 million from the long term portion.

PS: I could not stop blaming myself for not seeing the transaction even after a quick look. I went back to the 10Q and noticed they do not show a balance sheet for the begining of the period i.e., 6/30/97 which would have made it much easier to see the transaction I had memorized the 15 million from the previous 10Q but not the LTL I just remenbered it was about 50-60 million.

I thought good accountants always "frame" an income statatement in between two balance sheets dated begining and end of period respectively. Seems sloppy!
