The only disturbing thing about Greece is that we are finding it hard to actually care.

Last time CNBC and the media were banging that drum was a couple of months ago. The Euro was hardly clinging to the 1.40 mark. The stories of the pigs problems and potential defaults were rampant the Euro should have been a great short according to their logic and yet the reverse happened and the Euro run up to 1.49 killing the shorts who took any notice of the media.

Is this is a rerun?. Certainly, if the Euro weakens there will be more talk of raising rates.

Hi Haim,

What is your view on interest rates over the next 1 - 2 years? I suppose I am more interested in UK rates, but the EUR is a case you comment more frequently on. Whatever.
