Sure Kurt, I'm waiting to be convinced. These are the numbers I have been looking at all along. The timing of the 144 law change (May 1)could be a big factor here. The last acquisition occurred 2 years ago the end of this month. It's time to pay the piper. All this,coming at a time when the company is in merger talks, where more shares are coming in, or came in already, further clouds the situation. But from what we can observe in the market, how do you explain the lack of movement in this stock? If Riley can prove his numbers I'll buy some of this. My guess is that proof will not be forthcoming. It is tough to tell if the dilution is already occurring or if it lies ahead. My guess is that it's a little of both.
