You're right. The delay in the financials is keeping all of us in the dark here. And, as you said, a merger in the ensuing quarter should not affect the company's ability to give us the preceeding quarter right now. Five months is enough time, don't you think? The only other distressing thing is that there has been a lot of activity recently which might take forever to see in filings. The confusion here only helps to generate speculation IMHO. Perhaps it was meant to be this way. We've seen it before...........many times.
