Exactly.

Too big to fail? Hardly. They're too rich to fail. They own Clowngress, the WH, and the SCOTUS.

Why have a successful business model and manage your risks when you can just give a few million clownbucks to the government weasels who will bail you out?

The fact of the matter is that large corporations and banks habitually give huge contributions to both major political parties. Then, the politicians return the favor by passing laws (e.g., TARP) to stack the deck in favor of their donor pals.

Result?

Politicians stay in power.
Corporation executives stay in power.
Federal Reserve owners laugh all the way to the bank.
Taxpayers gang-raped.

It is the way of things.
