Personally, just one.

I also follow ijm.org , along with other stories of girls who either escaped the profession or otherwise paid off what they needed to and got out ASAP.

I'm sure there are plenty of women who do it for the nice bags and shoes, but I really don't think any "john" has a rule to solicit only their services and not the exploited ones.
